Cute little Finny loves to walk around in my shoes. (hence the shoes every where...) I think it is so sweet!! Eric managed to get a few great shots of Phineas taking the dog for a little walk in mommy's shoes. He had just gotten out of the shower and was clean and delicious!!

My wonderful In-laws

My recovery is long and surprisingly hard. The easy part has been the care of my sweet family during this difficult time. My wonderful in-laws came for almost 3 weeks and took care of everything. I cannot begin to express my gratitude to them and their service to me and my family. I have said it before, but never in my adult life have I had the opportunity to rest and not stress about anything. The boys love and adore them so much. Life is better when Grandma Gloria and Grandpops or Papa are around.


P.S. My freezer thanks you, my laundry thanks you, my pantry thanks you, my body thanks you...You are wonderful!!

This is every day typical..... Gabe, shirtless, sitting down to draw for long periods of time. I am hoping this sticks and is his thing (aka talent) in life. Nothing would make me happier than to have a professional artist in my family. But... he is six so who knows? Right now I am just going to enjoy my many works of art from my crazy Gabe darling!!
