Gabi

Happy birthday to my sweet, fun and crazy NINE year old!  Gabe has had an amazing year!!  His story is a miracle and we are blessed by his creative, unique and fun personality every day!!  Here are nine things I like about Gabe.....

1.   He adds a little art to whatever he is doing.  He has a creative vein in him that can't be stopped!!

2.   Dance dance dance.  Gabe is a GREAT dancer and impressed every time he decided it is time to shake it!

3.  Gabe gives the best kisses.

4.  Snuggle bunny.  He still loves to cuddle and asks to cuddle most nights.

5.  Laughter.  Gabe has an infectious smile and loves to laugh... loudly and a lot of it!!  I always like to say he is the spice in our lives!!

6.  Gabe has a kind soul.

7.  Gabe is a perfectionist and want to be good.  Good at school, sports, church, home and just overall be a good boy.  It really is wonderful!!!

8.  Gabriel is a good friend and a sweet brother.  I know he has his moments, but the norm is that he is loyal, kind, getting more and more flexible by the day and a lot of fun to play with.

9.   Gabe is a secret collector of things.... like his mother!!  He has a table full of pirate and sea treasures, a backpack full of camoflauge clothing etc, another table full of Lego creations, a special army guy basket, a secret candy drawer and a bedside drawer full of personal treasures and jewels collected from here and there.  I too am a secret collector of things and treasures.  I love to accumulate certain items and then be done with that "collection".  We are also from a long line of hoarders and I see a little of it in at least three of my kids.  (O:  As long as it stays to a mini table and a drawer, I think we are safe from a "hoarders intervention".  Lol!! 

10.  And one to grow on.....  Gabe has good manners.  I get compliments all the time about his manners.  That makes Eric and I both very happy.  He is a great kid!  We are blessed!!
